I've been wanting to draw this view outside my house ever since I moved here. There's the iconic Canada Square tower which glows red and green at Christmas, and the scatter of red lights from cranes in all the building sites across the river, and most of all the solitary stage-like street light. When people wander in and out of the park it feels positively dramatic.
